We use DPD to send our parcels because we have found them to be the best and most reliable. We’ll let you know when your order has been sent, and DPD will contact you to update you on your delivery. You’ll be notified on the day of your delivery by text message or email (UK Mainland deliveries), with an hour time window.

We do require a signature, so please make sure that someone will be there to take delivery of the parcel. If you can’t be there, and have a safe place to leave your parcel, you can arrange this directly with DPD when they contact you. Please pop your mobile number on your order so we can make sure you receive a text update on your delivery.

We are really sorry, but we can’t send any pillows, duvets or toppers to anywhere outside of Mainland UK at present, bed linen is no problem at all.
